Installation

  1. 1. Download the ZIP

    Click the button above to grab the latest version of the plugin.

  2. 2. Install on WordPress

    In WP-Admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → pick the ZIP → Install Now → Activate.

  3. 3. Create an NGO API key

    In Webmail NGO, go to Settings → API and create a key with the scopes read:threads, read:messages and write:messages.

  4. 4. Configure the plugin

    In WP-Admin: Settings → Webmail NGO. Paste the API URL and your key, then click Test connection.

  5. 5. You're live!

    The widget appears on your WP dashboard. Contact Form 7 submissions are automatically forwarded to your NGO inbox.

What the plugin does

  • Shows the 5 latest unread threads in a WP dashboard widget
  • Forwards every Contact Form 7 submission to your inbox (creates a thread)
  • Dedicated settings page with one-click connection test
  • 60-second cache to avoid hammering the API
